Secure Dancer Check In/Out
Keep the line moving with a no-fuss, no-clicks QR code system. Families present their dancer's code, sent to them automatically prior to the event, as a "ticket" to check them in and out of the show. Your staff simply holds their device up to the code (no clicks needed!). Security and efficiency are our top priority.

Meet the Team
Brooke Hardebeck
With 15 years of experience as a Studio Owner, Brooke Hardebeck currently leads a team of 30, serving over 600 dancers. Her studio has received awards such as Best Dance Studio and Small Business of the Year. One of Brooke's favorite aspects of being a studio owner is running successful recitals. Her recitals are often referred to as "well-oiled machines!" Her enthusiasm for recitals paired with her dedication to contributing to the success of dance studios nationwide is the driving force for RecitalReady.

Max Molnar
Max is a Purdue Computer Science graduate who specializes in software development. He has experience with Java, .NET, node.js, and AWS. Max has worked in the security, education, and media spaces; he has moved data for over 40,000 users at a time. RecitalReady was inspired by Max's experience as a dance husband who saw how much work recital planning can be. Max is thrilled to be a part of the founding team at RecitalReady, and is eager to bring more magic and meaningful management to your recitals.
